1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking
• Full payment must be completed before travel commencement
• Booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp

Adhrit Travels reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment is not completed within the specified time.

2. Pricing Policy

• All prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice
• Prices are based on current airfare, hotel tariffs, and exchange rates
• Any increase in cost due to fuel surcharge, taxes, or currency fluctuation will be charged to the customer

Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges vary depending on the package, airline, and hotel policies.

General cancellation guidelines:

• 30 days before travel — Low cancellation charges
• 15–30 days before travel — Moderate cancellation charges
• Less than 15 days — High cancellation charges
• No show — 100% cancellation charges

Exact cancellation policy will be shared at the time of booking.Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed as per supplier policies
• Refund timelines vary between 7–21 working days
• Service charges are non-refundable
• Visa fees and insurance charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed via original payment method where possible.

5. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for:

• Valid passport
• Visa requirements
• Travel insurance (if applicable)
• Vaccination requirements (if applicable)

Adhrit Travels is not responsible for any denial of boarding or visa rejection.

6. Visa Disclaimer

• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy
• Adhrit Travels only assists in visa documentation
• Visa fees are non-refundable
• Adhrit Travels is not responsible for visa rejection or delays

7. Changes & Amendments

• Any changes requested after booking confirmation may incur additional charges
• Date changes, hotel changes, or itinerary changes are subject to availability
• Airline rescheduling may affect travel itinerary

8. Force Majeure

Adhrit Travels shall not be liable for:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Political unrest
• Flight cancellations
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions

In such cases, supplier policies will apply.

9. Liability

Adhrit Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as:

• Airlines
• Hotels
• Transport providers
• Tour operators

We are not responsible for:

• Delays
• Accidents
• Loss of baggage
• Service deficiencies

10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Loss of baggage
• Flight cancellations
• Flight delays
